Retailer Return Guide

To ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately, please follow the steps below:

 

1. Contact Us First

  • Email our sales team at info@kpjewelrycom or call (800) 986 3809 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

 

2. Prepare the Item(s)

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags, certificates, and packaging included.
  • Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit.

 

3. Include Documentation

  • Place a copy of your original invoice inside the package.
  • Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box.

 

4. Ship to the Address Below

  • KP Jewelry - Returns Department - 130 W. Elmyra St., Los Angeles, CA 90012
  • We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service. KP Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

 

5. Processing Time

  • Once received, returns are inspected within 14 business days.
  • Refunds, replacements, or credits will be processed according to our return policy.
